About Jack Lee
As the Managing Partner of Prince Capital Solutions, V Jack Lee brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background in the banking and finance industry. He began his career with HSBC, where he quickly rose to the role of Senior Relationship Manager in Premier Banking. His journey continued through Business Banking at Bankwest, before taking on a senior leadership role at Westpac as Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial and Corporate Banking — a notable achievement at just 28 years old.
In 2011, Jack founded Prince Capital Solutions with the vision of delivering tailored lending solutions to clients across Australia. With extensive experience spanning residential, business, commercial, and corporate lending, Jack offers a well-rounded and strategic perspective in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
He also serves as the Responsible Manager under the Australian Credit Licence for Prince Capital Solutions, ensuring the business upholds the highest standards of compliance and professional integrity.
Beyond work, Jack is a proud husband and devoted father — a true family man who brings the same level of care and dedication to both his clients and his loved ones.
Education & Qualification
Graduate from UNSW B.Comm in Finance and International Business. Later years, he also completed his Masters with UNSW on Information Technology
He is also the responsible manager for the Australian Credit License for Prince Capital Solutions ACL:426244
